Our experience with St Helens Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was excellent! We have made many car purchases in the past and this one by far was the easiest and most pleasant. Art and Matt were very friendly and super easy to work with. The sales manager and F&I manager were patient and helpful as well. The truck we purchased was priced better than any other dealerships by far; we felt we received a fair deal right out of the gate without having to haggle. Would buy here again in the future. PLEASE AVOID! They charged my insurance for part that where not installed. They replaced my brake rotor with the wrong size by an inch. This took almost a month and it was wrong. I asked to see the receipt for the axle part that was installed. They charged my insurance and me 580 on the quote and receipt and it only cost 235. The parts person called me a d bag for double checking and this was why. Then it was pinned on Gieco rep who instructed them to send over the parts required list in the first place. Then after I showed them and they admitted it was wrong and they would look into it, they refused to fix it. Gieco rep said he approved what the sent parts wise and they just didn’t check before the order. And they have yet to return the money for the parts they never ordered or installed. Please don’t think this is a one off. They also ordered the wrong rim, and had a lot of trouble with simple math and communication.
Update.
Hours after posting this review I was contacted by an employee saying the manager/ owner drew, what can we do to make this all go away and take down that Google review. I said nothing at this point other than a refund, then he got on the phone texting me threatening with his lawyer and telling me he would sue me if I didn’t remove it.

Today we again requested a refund and where denied. Gieco has confirmed they never even requested the correct parts just ordered from the vin. They also never told them about the parts they didn’t install. Don’t trust them with repairs, double check everything they do and tell you. Now they deny mistakes that are admitted in writing now. Now we move to small claims court. RUN away! I have found many reviews on better business and yelp saying similar things PLEASE AVOID
I have now purchased two vehicles through St. Helens Auto. They are an outstanding group of folks who care highly about what they do and making sure their customer needs are met. I highly recommend them.
Chase, Gary and David all went far above and beyond to make sure our vehicle and the purchase process were far and away the best buying experience I've had to date.
If your debating purchasing a vehicle through them, debate no more, these are the "good guy's" in the auto-market place.

We've been waiting patiently for the right Jeep Gladiator and were not interested in dealing with the usual interactions with sales. Amanda made the process quick and painless. All the paperwork was prepped prior to me getting there and they had me in and out with my new vehicle within an hour. Really appreciate her integrity and care and would definitely reach out to her in the future.

I feel it’s important to update my review and to warn any potential customers to proceed with extreme caution!
The dealership was quick to offer to buy our vehicle … not so quick to pay us for it. As of tomorrow it will be 3 full weeks and we haven’t been paid - but they have our vehicle and were quick to put it on their website to sell it. I’m seriously doubting the integrity of this business (absolutely essential when dealing with big ticket items!), as they have not kept up their end of the deal and are selling a vehicle they have yet to buy. The dealership paid off the bank, the dealership knows how much they agreed to buy the car from us for - they have all the necessary numbers - yet they refuse to complete the transaction by paying us what they owe. I will update this review if/when they finally honor their end of the deal.

We worked with Eric just yesterday when we sold our car. The process was pretty simple and smooth as far as semi-large transactions go. We’ll be coming back when it’s time to purchase our truck.
